As Director of Mission Operations, Tim Lawson leads the cross-functional delivery of AI-Vets’ client programs. He translates complex requirements into executable plans, managing risk, schedules, and stakeholder coordination to keep scope and quality on track. Tim is responsible for aligning delivery teams and vendors to ensure that every project results in secure, scalable outcomes for federal customers.
Tim brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and process reliability. Before joining AI-Vets, he held senior management roles at Brenntag Lubricants and National Gypsum, where he drove process improvements and key account management. His operational discipline is underpinned by six years of service in the U.S. Air Force as a weather specialist, providing him with a unique perspective on precision and planning in dynamic environments.
Tim holds an M.B.A. from the University of Tulsa and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Deeply committed to the veteran community, he is an active member of the American Legion Sullivan-Lewis Post 182, where he supports initiatives aimed at preventing veteran suicide.
